Thank you for shopping with Full of Wonder. We are a small business proudly based in Saginaw, Michigan, and every order is thoughtfully prepared and packaged with care.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order has been placed. During holidays, promotions, or new launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated shipping times vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout and carrier delivery schedules.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Expedited Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible.

If an order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your package appears delayed or lost, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly. We will gladly assist in providing tracking information and helping where we can.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item(s)
• Photos of the packaging

We will review each situation individually and work to find an appropriate solution.
