Refund policy

We want you to love every item you purchase from our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're happy to offer returns within 30 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, unwashed, have all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@fullofwonder.shop. Please include your order number and list the item/s you wish to return. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting and being approved for a return will not be accepted. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A shipping/handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned items unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Non-Returnable Items: clearance or sale items, personalized or custom products, gift cards, seasonal or holiday items (if applicable). These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, llike perishables, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping or handling fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
